Student Forwarding Address Request

When you move out of University housing, you are required to submit a forwarding address. Mail will be returned to the sender if a forwarding address is not provided.

To complete your student mail forwarding request, please print and fill out the Student Mail Forwarding Request/Change of Address Form and turn it in to the main Panther Post mailroom located in the Litchfield Tower B lobby. If the mail room is closed, place the form in the yellow ‘Campus Mail’ box.

Note: International packages and international letter mail cannot be forwarded by the United States Postal Service.
