Turn in PermitAll Faculty and Staff, if you are going on an approved leave from the University, remember to turn your permit into the Parking Services Office, by the third working day of the current month, to avoid charges for that month. You will be able to get a permit for your lot when you return from leave by stopping in the parking office. Construction NewsTo learn all of the details about construction projects in Oakland, visit the OTMA Web site. Evening StudentsOption One is best for students who use various parking lots in the evening. A parking permit is issued to you, and you have a choice of many lots at 2:50 p.m or 4:50 p.m. If you use SO or OH, stop at the cashier station with your permit and have your entry ticket validated before returning to your vehicle. The validated ticket becomes your exit card. Option Two uses your Panther Card rather than a permit. Your Panther card will be activated to allow entrance into Soldiers and Sailors Garage (SO) or O’Hara Garage (OH) at 2:50 p.m. weekdays, and all day weekends in SO. This option will save you a trip to the cashier station before exiting with your Panther card. Option Two is best for students who use the same location every evening that they park on campus. Check out the new student brochure (PDF) for further details. |
