Corporate Credit Cards
If you are a regular, full-time member of Pitt’s faculty or staff—or a research associate—and you travel at least twice a year on University business, you can apply for either the Diners Club Card and/or the PNC Visa Card. These cards are issued through the University, but you are responsible for paying all charges on your individual statement. You will also need to return the card when you stop working for the University.
Diners Club International
All regular full-time faculty, staff, and research associates who travel at least twice a year on University business are eligible for the Diners Club Card (based on individual’s credit history). Even though the card is issued through the University, the cardholder is responsible for paying all charges posted to their individual statements. In addition, the Diners Club Card must be surrendered when employment is terminated at the University.

Diners Club Application
The Diners Club Application (DOC) can be completed in one of two ways:
- The required information can be typed in and then the application can be printed OR
- The application can be downloaded and saved onto your local drive, then printed and filled out manually
